3. Your business is in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Retail sectors

4. Your business is a small, independently-owned business with fewer than 500 employees, is not a franchise or part of a corporate chain, and is not a homebased business

5. If your business is in the Retail sector, the following eligibility requirements must also be met:

Your business had a negative economic impact from the COVID-19 pandemic: (meeting one of the following conditions)

• Your business is in a Qualified Census Tract

• Your business has had decreased revenue or gross receipts, and you can provide profit & loss information for the past three years (2019, 2020, & 2021) AND can submit IRS 990's or federal income tax statements for the past three years (2019, 2020, & 2021).

• Your business is operated by tribal governments or on tribal lands
