Free $25 vouchers are available at participating businesses and can be redeemed for purchases at any participating business in the program
Where can I get the vouchers?

The $25 vouchers are distributed at the participating businesses in the city of Las Vegas Open Rewards program. A list of the participating businesses can be found in the app.

Any limit on the vouchers?
​
The vouchers are limited to one per person. The vouchers expire December 31, 2023 or while funds last, whichever comes first.

How do I redeem the vouchers?
​
The vouchers can be redeemed towards purchases at any participating business in the city of Las Vegas Open Rewards program. Please follow the instructions below:
1. Click "Voucher Redemption" on your app home screen

If you don't have the app yet, download it here:
2. Select "Las Vegas" and enter your voucher code
The 10-digit voucher code can be found on the back of your voucher card:

3. $25 will be added to your Las Vegas rewards balance
Once your code is validated, $25 will be added to your Las Vegas rewards balance, and you can now redeem the $25 towards purchases at participating businesses.

To do that, follow the steps below:

To redeem your $25 rewards balance towards a purchase:
1. Pay for your purchase in full at the business
​
Make a purchase at any participating business in city of Las Vegas Open Rewards and pay for your purchase in full
2. Click "Redeem Rewards"
Click "Redeem Rewards" on your app home screen and find the business that you shopped at
​
3. Enter the amount of rewards to redeem
Enter the amount of rewards that you want to redeem towards this purchase, and take a photo of the receipt.

Click "Redeem Rewards". That's it!
​
Once validated, you will receive your redemption via your selected payout method.
